Site and Reservation Information

In order to reserve a cabin space, you may specify which area that you want to stay in when you send in your paid reservation. Cabins are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. You may select whether you wish to stay in Shrewsbury, Oxford, or Lincoln.

Troll will be located in the Feast Hall. The site opens at 5:00 pm on Friday April 9th, 1999. Troll will close no later than 2:00 pm on Saturday. If you have not arrived or otherwise made arrangements for your cabin or feast space to be claimed, your space will be given to people on the waiting list.

Reservations must be postmarked no later than Friday, April 2, 1999.

If you need to cancel your reservation and you want a refund, you must contact the autocrat or reservationist directly no later than Friday, April 2, 1999. If you must cancel after this date, refunds will be dependent on whether someone is waiting for your space.

Most of the Arts & Science competitions and display will take place in the Feast Hall. The exception to this is the heraldic display. Heraldry may be displayed anywhere, but must be displayed on the field or near the main area of the event in order to be considered for judging.

Children's Activities are planned to be held in the Recreation Building near the parking area. Children's Activities are NOT a baby-sitting service! When the activities end, parents are responsible for collecting their children.
